  • Virtual training offers a balance of cost savings, convenience, and the ability to connect directly with your trainer during the workout.

NEW Team remote training

I know how difficult it can be to get a group of young athletes together at the gym at the same time. I’ve developed a system to safely instruct remote workouts and ensure your athletes are following properly.

Athletes can work out at a time and location that’s convenient for them, but still receive expert coaching and support!

Take your team to the next level

  • Expertly periodized programming for your sport, age group and training experience (with videos)

  • Weekly check-ins, challenges, and progress tracking

  • Live monthly call with team members and parents to introduce training concepts and answer questions. The video content is saved for later reference and summarized in an informative .pdf

  • Includes messaging directly with your trainer and team. Ask questions or just give kudos!

  • Training data and analysis for coaches to apply at training sessions

  • No clunky apps or 3rd party data collection. Athlete information is only visible to your trainer and coaches.

How it works

What are your major goals?

Are you training for a competition? Are there any specific movements that you’d like to be able to do? Do you just want to keep up with the kid(s)? Trying to lose weight or gain it? Once you know, continue to ask yourself why that’s what you want (and be honest). Finding the deeper reason and keeping it in mind while training will help you stick with it.

Your goals are unique to you and we’ll work together to find the best way forward — that still fits within your lifestyle.

How often would you like to train (with or without a trainer)

Everyone has different time constraints and energy levels. What does an ideal week of workouts look like for you? What are the barriers keeping you from getting there?

Where do you prefer to train?

We can work together remotely through your preference of online video calling services, giving you the freedom to work from your home or apartment gym at a lower price point then in-person training.

We can also meet in-person in your home or apartment gym for more personal service. I also work with clients in the training studio at Rockcliffe Chiropractic on Beechwood.

What is your budget?

It’s important to keep in mind an idea on what you’d like to spend monthly on your training. Remember, this is an investment in yourself! How much would you be willing to pay to be more mobile and active at 50, 60, 70, or 80 years old? What are your goals worth to you, and can you commit the time to make it valuable?

After you reach out, we’ll meet (either virtually or in-person) to discuss your needs and find out if we’re a good fit.

Sometimes our schedules or personalities don’t match, and that’s ok! I have a good network of trainers that I can refer you to.
